Almost 25-years of continuous laboratory research and warnings, the few honest doctors, virologists, scientists, researchers, writers and dissidents can now rejoice that the HIV/AIDS one-sided theory is finally meeting its crucial point in its history. And the whole HIV/AIDS industry including its charity organisations may face endless cases if the HIV/AIDS is officially named as “fraud”. I see thousands happy lawyers.
A South African man now living in South Australia diagnosed HIV positive says HIV does not exist. In an article taken from the Adelaide’s Independent Weekly titled: “HIV ON TRIAL IN AUSTRALIA. AIDS: World waits on SA verdict” read that Andre Chad Parenzee 35, tried dating in his life but because women put him off for being stamped HIV positive, Parenzee told his new found lady he had cancer: ‘It was just the fact that I didn’t know how she would react to me telling her. I thought she would leave me like everyone else,’ says Parenzee, whose wife left him after discovering he was HIV positive. Parenzee who also had sexual relationships with two other women was jailed for sleeping with these women knowing he was HIV positive. Parenzee was convicted in February 2006 on three accounts of endangering life by having unprotected sex when he knew he was HIV positive. He faces 15-years imprisonment.
I could not help thinking about all other people facing Parenzee’s situation and those stamped HIV positive dubbed as prostitutes, careless with life, and fight on daily basis with their families. While others say they would shoot their children if they got AIDS, some won’t eat or be in the same room with an HIV person. Families, relatives, friends, workmates start disappearing and make lame excuses, doctors, nurses wear masks, longer coats, and one risks being fired at work. Not to forget the more than 100 million people who have lost their lives in humiliation, in a world where brother has turned against sister and sister against brother to promote life-threatening drugs. Drug companies have managed to convince doctors and the media that we are all potential victims of AIDS, though they won’t be frank enough to tell the people of the earth that they want to bring the world population down to 380 million people. All famous people promote this neatly hidden holocaust and they continue doing so, while the mainstream media, medical societies and its pharmaceutical industries work hard, at all levels to stop efforts that would erase HIV & AIDS.
Parenzee asked for an appeal and his attorney has argued based on the fact that: HIV does not exist and begs that if HIV exists it be scientifically proven. Parenzee is so fortunate because his case has captured the world’s top doctors, mathematicians, virologists, the Perth Group (who are his witness), dissidents and even a 1993 Chemistry Nobel Prize winner (Kary Mullis).
The South Australian Supreme Court Judge John Sulan in central Adelaide put aside two weeks and managed to bring those involved to the stand. Judge John Sulan who was supposed to rule in March 2007 has not ruled yet [His decision is scheduled for April 27th]. Judge Sulan is the first judge ever to put AIDS & HIV on trial and to demand scientific evidence for its existence.
The court had some important faces from the world’s health sectors and the AIDS industry take the stand. To mention a few: Professor John Kaldor of the National Centre in HIV Epidemiology, Professor David Cooper director of the National Centre in HIV Epidemiology and Clinical Research at the University of NSW. Cooper is former president of the International AIDS Society and chair of the AIDS vaccine advisory committee of the WHO (World Health Organization) and UNAIDS.
To get a clear picture on how things work at the WHO; in an article published at I-sis.org titled “Let Us Live and Let Them Die” the paper describes how some of the World Health Organisation’s workers quit their jobs in the health industry. Scientist and AIDS researcher Alison Katz left the World Health Organisation after 17-years of devoted service saying she could no longer work on the “Let Us Live and Let Them Die” system which neglects the fact that millions of people die from hunger related diseases and that this includes HIV/AIDS. The article goes on to report that Alison Katz was the second senior scientist to leave the WHO within 12 months. And continued: ‘For over twenty years now, the international AIDS community has persisted in a reductionist obsession with individual behaviour and an implicit acceptance of a deeply flawed and essentially racist theory. Katz believes that the narrow and totalitarian approach to AIDS by the WHO not only has had negligible effect, but also has betrayed public health principles and perversely forbidden exploration of any alternative perspectives. Like many others, Katz questions the exclusion of a plethora of co-factors known to increase biological susceptibility to infection by all disease agents, including HIV, among which are under-nutrition, poverty, powerlessness, and the basic necessities for a healthy and dignified life….’
The witnesses against Parenzee argued against the appeal and gave in statements like; “We believe that their statements are wrong, mischievous and harmful.” Adding that HIV had been identified by three methods since its discovery in the 1980s that the most effective modern method was using molecular biology to identify its genetic sequence.
The three methods to identify “HIV” are; (1) the ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immuno-Absorbent Assay) which does not look for the virus itself but for the presence of Proteins and Antibodies. (2) the Western Blot which has been criticised by many in the medical sector, it does the same job as the ELISA and considered inaccurate and invalid and (3) PCR, whichh uses molecular biology to identify HIV genetic sequences is nothing but science fiction. It should be noted that Dr. Kary Mullis, Nobel Prize winner of 1993, first invented the PCR that identified the genetic sequence during the O.J. Simpson’s murder trials. A trial that motivated many scientists to put to test molecular forensics, a branch of criminal investigation that depends on polymerise chain reaction to identify both victims and perpetrators: The test can be taken from a drop of hair, skin cells, blood, semen etc. Thus the PCR is a tool that gives criminal investigators valuable information about a crime scene to build up a case. Now, consider the PCR being used on people as an HIV/AIDS test. It means labelling people as criminals instead of patients, and could be the reason the Biophysicist Eleni Papadopolus (from the Perth group) argued in court that it is misleading to use PCR on HIV/AIDS positive people when the HIV does not exist. Using PCR as a third instrument to test HIV on the world citizen means that all humanity could be wiped out by testing a strand of dead or dyed or grey or white or dried or thin hair and stamping it’s body HIV/AIDS positive.
AIDS Researcher Valender Turner writes: “From 1983/84, that is, from the time reports of the discovery of HIV appeared in Scientific literature, scientists have attempted to use tests that detect antibodies to diagnose infection with HIV.” Dr. Turner continues that experts call the HIV positive result: “HIV antibody positive” and states that Antibodies are not viruses. An antibody is NOT a virus.
Turner gave an example; if a person suffers from chicken pox, Antibodies will form in the blood stream. The same happens following immunisation of chicken pox virus. In other words Antibodies develop to distinguish what belongs to the body and what does not. When the Western Blot and the ELISA are used to take blood sample for an HIV test, a foreign protein is first introduced in the victim’s blood sample and the doctor monitors the reaction as the newly introduced protein interacts with the blood sample. Thus, it is not right to detect a virus through Antibodies because this is the natural function of the immune system. That’s what the immune system was designed to do in the human body. Thus the use of the Western Blot and the Elisa are nothing but a hoax to put healthy people on drugs.
Professor John Kaldor in support of AIDS existence said: “The evidence of AIDS being due to a virus is as strong as any other infectious disease you care to name – from measles to polio,” he said. “I was recently chairman in a meeting of the foundation that gave $300 million to finding an AIDS vaccine – I doubt Bill and Melinda Gates would be giving that money if AIDS was not caused by a virus.”
Imagine what the $300 million would do if it was used to give back earth her natural nutrients. And Professor Peter Duesberg (not in court) one of the world’s leading lab scientist and top AIDS researcher, in his concern at how the science world functions says: ŒIf you think a virus is the cause of AIDS, do a control without it. To do a control is the first thing you teach undergraduates. But it hasn’t been done. The epidemiology of AIDS is a pile of anecdotal stories selected to fit the virus-AIDS hypothesis. People don’t bother to check the details of popular dogma or consensus views’.
Dr. Valendar Turner’s 24-year-old research on the theory of HIV concludes that the HIV theory is unproven. And says, a virus is microscopic and made of proteins, nuclei acid genetic (RNA or DNA) making a virus a parasite. Turner explains and adds that Luc Montagnier and his colleague were the first to declare that they had discovered and isolated this virus experimentally and reported it May 20th 1983 in an issue of Science. On Luc Montagnier ’s paper titled “Isolation of a T- lymphtropic retrovirus (HIV) from a patient at risk for acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)” Turner continued that: Luc Montagnier’s ”Isolation” was indirect detection of reverse transcriptase enzyme activity (reverse transcription) – not purification of the virus or particles proven to be infectious. Turner adds: “In fact Montagnier did not purify “HIV”.’ This is also the reason when asked later if HIV was purified to be called a virus? Luc Montagnier denied, in his own words: “We did not purify”. Again it must be noted Luc Montagnier and Robert Gallow and their colleagues never purified the HIV.
The prosecution witnesses defend their case not from the scientific point of view but from flimsy evidence saying HIV is a deadly virus that kills and should not be dismissed scientifically or by looking at its theory from the lab in order for them to continue terrifying the world citizen.
The Monash University professor Suzanne Crowe, head of the Burnet Institute’s HIV Pathogenesis and Clinical Research Program who was not a witness was quoted as saying; “… unless the prosecution wins the legal showdown, it would set a ‘dangerous precedent’ in the global AIDS fight.”
Most amazingly, the court had Robert Gallo, the father of AIDS and the father of the AIDS testing kits, in court. Around February 26th 2007 Michael Geiger, a close observer of the events in Adelaide reported that he was “stunned and amazed” by Gallo’s statements in court. Michael Geiger says: “It’s difficult to tell if Gallo was defending HIV or if his testimony is a public admission of guilt.
Michael Geiger asks the reader to be the judge.
On Page 1294 of the court transcripts where Gallo agrees that he found evidence of HIV in only 40% of the AIDS patients in his original study, and that 40% is not enough to prove HIV is the cause of AIDS:
Attorney to Gallo: “You had 48 out of 119, or 40%?”
Gallo: “I agree.”
Attorney: “Do you agree that the isolation of HIV from only 40% of patients is not proof that HIV causes AIDS?”
Gallo: “I would say of course, in and of itself, 40% isolation of a new virus, I would not say is the cause.”
On page 1300 where Gallo admits to finding low percentages of HIV positivity in people with AIDS symptoms:
Attorney: “For adults with KS, 30%; for adults with AIDS opportunistic infections 47%. Do you accept your figures?”
Gallo: “I accept the figures.”
On page 1317 where Gallo acknowledges finding no HIV in KS lesions or in T cells, and in testimony on page 1318 in which Gallo admits that “viral load” tests cannot be used to prove infection with a virus. The language in news articles covering the Adelaide trial speaks loudly and clearly of media prejudice in AIDS reporting. In the first of the two pieces that follow, medical and scientific experts challenging the notion that HIV has been isolated according to proper, scientific standards are branded “an organized group of HIV deniers” and lack official titles such as MD, while those being called by the court to produce evidence are referred to as “experts” with repeated references to their professional credentials.
The obvious bias of Australian coverage is at least one step up from the US media response: “Not a single story on the uproar from down under has appeared in American news,’ adds Michael Geiger [subsequently, a single paragraph in a New Yorker magazine article mentioned the trial]
In the book World Without Aids (everyone must read this amazing book published in 2000 by Credence Publications ISBN 0-9535012-5-6) the authors quote billionaire media controller Ted Turner of CNN/TIME WARNER/TNT saying: “We are the ones who determine what people’s attitudes are. It’s in our hands.”
Robert Gallo cannot straighten up his AIDS theory when he has the chance to make things right with the world citizen because the media protects him to keep depopulating the people. These people do not think that no one makes an application or writes a letter to be born on earth and that it happens out of love. Yet in their one-child policy they continue lying to people.
In the same book: World Without AIDS the two authors Steven Ransome and Philip Day note Seth Roberts in his article titled “Lab Rat”: “Gallo’s lab has been described by past and present employees as a ‘den of thieves’ and as being ’full of mediocrities’. In it’s quantity of intrigue and capricious purges, it resembles a ‘medieval Italian town’, says one former employee. He adds, I’m surprised somebody hasn’t killed someone there.”
Gallo’s answers sounds like a worn out teacher who has been reported to authorities for teaching students crap:
Examiner: “Teacher what is 1 + 1?”
Teacher: “I think it is 1, but of course it could be a 1000,000.000 or 17”.
Examiner: “Do you accept these figures?”
Teacher: “Yes I accept the figures”.
Examiner: “Are you 100% sure of the results?”
Teacher: “Yes!”.
Examiner: “So why do you teach when you are unable to find the results of 1 + 1?”
Teacher: “For the fun of it!”
Examiner: “Don’t the students argue with you that you are wrong?”
Teacher: “No, they are scared!”
Steven Ransom and Philip Day quote Professor Nathan Clumeck from the University of Libre in Brussels that he says of the Africans: “Their intelligence is limited and they cannot understand the complex of a syndrome such as AIDS.” Hey, what about the world’s Western and European leaders, what about their media and their highly educated non-African men and women who jumped on the AIDS bandwagon without questioning the origin of AIDS for fear of losing their salaries?
Furthermore, Dr. Robert Gallo managed to push his science fiction AIDS theory on the Europeans, while his workmate Max Essex told his foolish version of AIDS to the Africans and that it came from Congo and a monkey. The Africans bought it out of fear, but so did the Europeans, out of comfort.
Robert Gallo, who settled his beasts/virus/AIDS claims with Ronald Reagan and Jacques Chirac, signed papers and agreements that sucked in hundreds of billions of dollars, giving Gallo rights to access royalties for his AIDS testing kit for every blood test taken from his victims on the planet. This was not only about money and fame but about humiliating, stealing, cheating, dividing, deceiving, covering-up, abusing, manipulating, forcing, punishing, tormenting, torturing, prosecuting and killing millions and millions of innocent souls, sent to early graves in order to enrich a few men in the name of population control in order for a few to have dominion over resources. What a waste of earth’s resources.
Peter McDonald added: “With treatment to get the viral load down, the risk of transmission are vastly minimised.”
One may ask how can the transmission risk be minimised when people are given AZT, a 45-year old cancer-drug which was created in early 60’s. According to Anthony Brink, the creator of the AZT drug, Richard Belz, has asked for AZT to be removed from the market saying it is toxic and a killer drug.
When AZT is prescribed for mice that have been given cancer, the AZT kills the healthy growing cells in the mice. AZT does the same in humans and is the reason why HIV stamped children and adults taking AZT look like worn out old thin people when on AZT. But 23-years later in the race to protect earth’s resources from humans the AZT drug was added to the “drug list” as a cure for “HIV”. Today the drug carries banners that say: AZT/ARV’s prolong life. And the health sector says it heals, when the drug does precisely the opposite.
In an email to Peter McDonald who was asking Dr. Kary Mullis for help on the use of PCR, Dr. Mullis writes: “Prosecuting people based on an unproven hypothesis would seem to be unfair and rash. To cloak the real issues in a veneer of irrelevant technological detail is, in my opinion, a bit of a sham, unworthy of Australians.”
The criminalisation of HIV will definitely ruin the AIDS industry because more and more people will discover that life without drugs is really great and easy.
Parenzee’s attorney Kevin Borick is also arguing that Parenzee’s conviction will not stand if HIV and AIDS are based on “flimsy science”.
The Australian media reports that the HIV/AIDS researcher and Biophysicist Ms. Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos showed the court, in a 50-page PowerPoint presentation and argued that AIDS had nothing to do with HIV and that if HIV existed, it was not a retrovirus and could not be transmitted between people through sexual intercourse. She argued that HIV was never isolated nor purified in a lab. That it was identified in 1983 by a process called “reverse transcription”, which creates retroviruses. Ms Papadopulos-Eleopulos added that the “reverse transcription” observed by Dr Luc Montagnier in 1983 also called: “the discovery of HIV”, was not specific to HIV.
Due to the high costs of the Parenzee case, Ms. Papadopulos-Eleopulos and Dr. Turner have given free witness service. As much of the testimony as the Parenzee supporters can manage to purchase is available at <a href="http://garlan.org/Cases/Parenzee">http://garlan.org/Cases/Parenzee</a>.
Ms Papadopulos-Eleopulos added that the risk factors of contracting AIDS remained in the passive role of anal intercourse and intravenous drug use. She said this happened because AIDS was caused by prolonged exposure to semen which oxidised cells and degraded them and led to serious illnesses which where AIDS-related and caused death. Ms. Papadopulos-Eleopulos also cited numerous scientific papers and verified that vaginal sex does not transmit HIV. And that according to Nancy Padian a University of California researcher, calculated the risk of a male transmitting HIV to a female was 0.0009 per cent, in other words; “a man would have to have sex with his wife three times a week for 27.4 years to expose her to 95 per cent risk of passing on HIV.”
The Adelaide’s Independent Weekly reported: “That’s right – experts arguing in a court of law that unprotected vaginal intercourse with a suspected HIV carrier is safe. In fact, the climax of Tuesday’s testimony was an exchange between prosecutor Sandi McDonald and defence witness Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos. ‘Would you have unprotected vaginal sex with a HIV-positive man?’ asked McDonald. ‘Any time,’ replied Papadopulos-Eleopulos. Papadopulos-Eleopulos, a slight, middle-aged Bachelor of Science and medical physicist at Royal Perth Hospital, knows the importance of her evidence.”
In her evidence Ms. Papadopulos-Eleopulos said that the defenders of AIDS were not good enough. She wanted them to challenge her: “I am a scientist, I look for science – I do not look for consensus.” The article read; “Ms Papadopulos-Eleopulos continued her strident defence of her claims. And when Papadopulos-Eleopulos was asked to consider the good record of anti-retroviral drugs in extending the lives of HIV-AIDS patients, this is what she said:
Judge John Sulan asked: ‘Is it your evidence that it is a waste of resources to give anti-retrovirals to pregnant women?’
’Yes,’ Papadopulos-Eleopulos said.
It is important to note that after Andre Parenzee was locked up he stopped taking the “life giving” drug (AZT) in prison. Parenzee has lived without the drug for more than a year now. This alone should be evidence for his release.
One thing is for certain; a lot of people are going to lose their jobs, because one third of earth’s inhabitants live on the HIV/AIDS industry. Its either people are working to promote its medication or people are living of its medication. An ugly two edged sword.
Most people are shocked to hear the truth about AIDS coming out. And this is because truth travels at her own pace. The wise say, truth is like a plane that has taken off and in a way or another it must land.
Parenzee’s family writes: “Help us! Get behind us and let’s stand up and be counted. Too many people are suffering in order to make Governments and Pharmaceuticals rich, rich, richer. We do have a case and let’s get behind the Australian dissidents. Prosecutions have taxpayers money therefore they can call in all these witnesses. We are seeking funds to keep Andre Parenzee from an outrageously long jail sentence and which will give new hope to victims of the dogma all over the world. Andre has been without the toxic medication for over a year, has not seen a doctor for over a year and has been in prison, without a sentence as yet, for two years. What a joke our justice system is?”
In reply to this someone from Russia writes: “I live in Russia. Things are horrible here. Almost 90% of them who tests positive are forced to take AZT. Nobody even tells them the tests can be inaccurate. A few people who know the truth are afraid to speak out. I hope things are better in Australia and the judge John Sulan will take a fair decision. I am looking forward to getting good news soon.”
Note it’s the same treatment all over the world.
It is told that scientists thought Malaria was an airborne disease; no one really knew what Malaria was. Yet even to this day, no one really knows what Malaria is, though a she-mosquito took the blame and people are discovering that it is not malaria but a hunger related disease and that when one gives Malaria patients fresh or dried fruits people recover within an hour. It is also told that no one knows where T.B. comes from and that it is incurable and add it is something to do with dirt. When it shows in most countries of the world that T.B is a hunger related disease and curable by taking one white onion everyday for 21 days as this kills the bacteria. HIV and AIDS are found in the same category.
People are asking; why one of Parenzee’s ladies got ill if the husband did not infect her. An AIDS counsellor says this often happens to couples and their children. And this is because families unknowingly spend time and energy sympathising with the loved one. She gives an example saying: Whenever she takes HIV blood test and asks the person to come back in a week to get the results, she notices that families suffer mentally, just before she tells them the result of the test. She says some people start vomiting, some start weeping, some shiver, others start quarrelling, insulting, blaming each other, some start scratching; fidgeting or complaining and others look confused and end up divorcing or live in total misery. It’s a: “Divide them because it becomes easy to rule them,” trick. She says she feels that she is turning people’s lives upside down. She hates her job she says and has tried quitting on several occasions but it gives money for food and shelter. She also adds: ŒMaybe scientist should also look into the issue of the man’s semen during AZT medication and what it could do to the womb.’
The question is: Why should Andre Chad Parenzee’s mother spend $250,000 on her son’s case when the only bad thing Parenzee ever did was to exist? Parenzee’s family is badly in need of funds help them bring justice to the world. Parenzee’s mother is not only going to free her son, but those that are lying helpless in hospitals, locked up children in orphanages being forced to take the drugs, homeless locked up children on AZT trials, unborn babies, newly born, their mothers, and those without voices, this shall bring world governments to their senses and start treating the earth with respect. This is time for all humans to stand together.
I am told that the judge is soon to make a decision. “He had promised it before going on vacation, thus he should be back very soon and a verdict is again expected on April 27th” adds David Crowe.
We are waiting and sending good energies to Parenzee and his family, and to all the people stamped HIV+. Stand up for your rights and prove them wrong. Everything happens for a reason.
